– The employees are in possession of a VOG   

– There are rules of conduct that everyone is aware of and adheres to.  

– The organization has a confidential advisor you can go to with questions and for advice   

– There are no situations or locations within the dance school where students and teachers are one-on-one without others present or able to be present.
