As a dance teacher, you don’t want to find yourself in the situation of being unjustly accused of transgressive behavior. That is why it is important to take a number of steps?

• Be transparent and professional: Always behave respectfully and follow the rules.  

• Communicate clearly: Explain your approach and be open in your communication.  

• Provide a safe environment: Create a respectful atmosphere where everyone feels safe.  

• Document your interactions: Keep a record of what happens in your classes for transparency.  

• Be aware of your body language: Pay attention to your nonverbal communication and physical boundaries.  

• Be open to feedback: Be open to feedback from students and colleagues.  

• Education and training: Attend training sessions to keep your knowledge of safe teaching up-to-date.
