E-learning: Recognizing and Preventing Transgressive Behavior

Smalle header 2

A safe and respectful dance environment is essential for dancers of all ages and levels. Any form of transgressive behavior, such as bullying, discrimination, and sexual harassment, has no place in the dance sector. Therefore, it is important that everyone working within a dance school – from teachers and managers to canteen staff, volunteers, and dance school owners – knows how to recognize and prevent this behavior. With our new e-learning, we provide the knowledge and tools to actively contribute to a socially safe environment.
